Acting as a primary or secondary keyholder, our partner keeps a copy of your key safe and secure, whether it’s needed for an out-of-hours call, or should the primary key get lost or stolen. Keys are kept in accordance with best practice guidelines, so that you can be assured of their safety.

This service also offers a 24/7 rapid response attendance at your premises if there is an intrusion, reducing the potential danger and liabilities to you or your staff. In the event of an intrusion or incident, emergency response will be instigated, your premises will be secured and we will follow a pre-agreed process on who needs to be notified and any further action. Should a false alarm occur, a system reset will be carried out and your premises will be re-secured.
