Fire Dampers

Fire dampers are found within ventilation and air conditioning ducts and are designed to close in the event of a rise in temperature, caused by either heat or smoke. This prevents the spread of fire and smoke.

Fire dampers are crucial life safety systems which require annual maintenance. During a maintenance visit our engineers will inspect, clean, test and service each individual damper to check for correct operation. We will provide a full, detailed report and highlight any faults identified.
