How does remote monitoring work?

Firstly, we will work with you to assess your organisation’s ability to monitor your fire and security solutions. If you don’t have the capabilities, we can include a tailored monitoring service, providing emergency response where required.

• In the event of a fire at your premises a monitored Fire Alarm System will notify an ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) immediately and emergency response will be instigated.
• A monitored Access Control System can be set up based on agreed credentials and criteria to permit or deny entry to a building.
• Intruder Alarm Systems that include an Alarm Transmission System transmit an alert to an ARC. The ARC can check on your premises using a variety of means and request a police attendance if required.
• We can monitor your CCTV System, which could be controlled using voice or linked to your Intruder Alarm System.
• A monitored lone worker system can keep your lone worker safe and help them feel secure. Using a variety of devices, the ARC can enable the appropriate emergency response should an incident occur.
• Vehicle Telematics gives you control of your fleet and provides important information, enabling you to see where a vehicle has been and how it’s being used. The system also offers fault reporting and if a vehicle is involved in an accident, can provide a full forensic report.

Remote monitoring not only reduces the need for onsite security staff, but we can also carry out remote on/off tests, resets and necessary configuration changes.
